Core Equipment: Automatic Surface Polishing Machine
The company is equipped with multiple conveyor-type automatic polishing machines, fitted with high-speed rotating polishing wheels and adjustable conveyor belts, ideal for mass processing of small hardware parts.
Hardware components are fixed on jigs or mesh plates, passing steadily through the polishing wheels with the conveyor belt. Multi‑surface grinding is completed in one pass, delivering much higher efficiency than manual polishing, while ensuring consistent surface gloss and uniformity.
The equipment control panel allows adjustment of polishing speed, pressure and feeding speed, adapting to accessories of different materials (zinc alloy, copper, iron) and various surface finish requirements.
Functions of the Polishing Process
- Defect Removal: Remove burrs, flash, parting lines and surface imperfections left by die‑casting and stamping.
- Pre‑polishing Treatment: Through rough grinding, fine grinding and precision polishing, the hardware surface achieves a smooth and mirror‑like finish, laying a good foundation for subsequent electroplating and spraying.
- Corrosion Resistance Improvement: A flat and smooth surface reduces pores in the plating layer and enhances rust resistance for better salt spray test performance.
Workshop Management & Safety Regulations
Workers wear masks and protective gloves to avoid inhaling metal dust and debris, and to prevent skin scratches during polishing.
The workshop is equipped with a dust collection system to control metal dust concentration, eliminate potential safety hazards and improve the working environment.
