Core Processing Equipment
EDM Die Sinking Machine (Left / Center):
Specialized in machining complex mold cavities, dead corners, and fine textures. It is the primary equipment for finishing die-casting molds and stamping molds.
Milling Machine / CNC Machining Equipment (Right):
Including vertical milling machines and machining centers, responsible for rough machining, cavity roughing, and basic profile processing of molds, laying the foundation for subsequent EDM finishing.
Lathe / Grinder:
Used for processing shaft parts, guide pillars, and guide bushes of molds, as well as surface polishing of mold cavities to improve finish and service life.
Complete Process of the Mold Workshop
Mold Design:
Design mold structure, cavities, and electrodes via CAD/CAM software based on product drawings.
Rough Machining:
CNC milling machines perform roughing on basic profiles and mold cavities.
Finishing:
EDM machines process complex surfaces, dead corners, and logo textures to ensure high precision.
Mold Assembly & Polishing:
The fitter team assembles molds and polishes cavity surfaces to guarantee the finish of formed hardware parts.
Mold Testing & Modification:
Molds are tested in production; parameters and dimensions are adjusted until products meet standards.
Mass Production & Maintenance:
Molds are put into mass production with regular maintenance and wear repair to extend service life.
