Metal Adjustment Hardware Set for Caps
Also known as cap back buckle set, this set of metal fittings is specially made for baseball caps and peaked caps to adjust the circumference at the back.
Components & Functions
Square Sliding Adjuster (Main Buckle)
The square metal piece on the left is the core part of the adjustment system. When the webbing runs through it, the internal structure secures the strap and adjusts the hat circumference.
Oval Eyelet (Strap Hole)
The middle oval metal fitting is mounted on the back panel of the cap. It allows the adjustment strap to pass through smoothly, while reinforcing the fabric and reducing wear.
Round Eyelet (Strap Fixing Hole)
Located below the oval eyelet, this round metal piece fastens the strap end to prevent fraying and unwanted sliding.
Oval Hook (D-ring)
The oval metal ring on the right is for threading and positioning the webbing. It works with the main buckle to form a complete adjustment assembly.
